The platform collects data via power/current sensors, PLC connections, and operator inputs, delivering OEE, downtime tracking, cycle time analysis, and shift performance analytics.

Mingo offers more PLC connectivity than pure current-sensing competitors, giving richer data from modern CNC equipment alongside legacy machines. Per-machine pricing with unlimited users makes cost predictable as the operation scales.
